This book provides 100% reliable information on professional training. What I find best about this book is that it clearly differentiates between strength training and weight lifting. The routines mentioned in this book are beneficial in keeping your stomach toned and firm if you are a woman. I haven’t found so many books teaching abs training exercises that would benefit both men and women.
